HEAT lose Ricky Davis
The lone player that played all 82 games for the Miami HEAT last season is now a LA Clipper… Ricky 
Davis signed a multiyear deal with the clippers on Monday. Now, I don’t know about you, but Ricky Davis is a very good basketball player and now he’s not a HEAT anymore. All this is making me a little uncomfortable… We haven’t signed any key free agents(we don’t have the money or we don’t want to spend the money). I think it’s not fair for us HEAT fans to just sit here and watch our players sign with other teams.. it’s not cool at all. I don’t know what Pat Riley is thinking right now but he better have something up those Armani sleeves of his or else people in Miami won’t be very happy.
Sure, we signed Michael Beasley, Mario Chalmers, and James Jones.. but we need a blockbuster deal! like the one that landed us J-Will, ‘toine, and Posey. we need proven vets AS well as unproven rookies like Mario and Mike. Yes i still believe that we are going to have a sick team next year, but i haven’t seen anything besides that James Jones signing and that, for me, is not very convincing that Pat wants to win again.. let’s go after Emeka Okafor! well why not? we need a Center, he can play Center. Okay, Okay, we are not going after anyone because we want to save money for the year that D-Wade becomes a free agent.
Well, if you don’t want to see D-Wade leave, then we should start signing players to compliment him. PLEASE, DO NOT get me wrong. Out Starting Line-up is almost done for next year: Chalmers, Wade, Beasley, Marion. We only need a Center. How about a trade involving Shawn Marion and/or Udonis Haslem for a nice Center and another PG besides J-Will (i don’t really like him). Ricky Davis was an awesome player for us and I wish him nothing but the best in L.A. He is going to have Marcus Camby and Barron Davis with him! good team right there. Please, Pat if you don’t want sad fans come opening night, please sign someone else that makes people like me drive from Boca Raton all the way to Miami.
Sure, i’m going to opening night! Me, being one of the only true Miami HEAT fans during this 15-67 Season, I DESERVE TO SEE MIKE BEASLEY AND MARIO CHALMERS WITH DWADE AND MARION together.. I don’t know about all the bandwagon fans.. TRUE HEAT FANS, i’m talking to you guys right now, the ones that like me were at games that were a blowout… that like me watched every single game on TV even when the score was 97-60… Let’s wait and see, Let’s count how many bandwaggon fans are going to have a MICHEAL BEASLEY jersey this up coming season. WE have the right to go up to them and say. hey bandwaggon fan! where were you last year? Oh that’s right, Cheering for the Boston Celtics!

Yeah, Pat Riley needs to do something to get us good players, this offseason as well as the past few seasons he’s done nothing but throw away useful players. Go out and trade some role players we have for a dominant center, we really need a low post man if we’re going to win.
I’m 14, and i’ve been a heat fan since i was 9. I’m not one of those bandwagon junkies that will only like the heat because they aqquired Michael Beasley. I’ve been waiting a long time for this franchise to become one of the elite teams, and now lets get the HEAT back to the status they were in the 05-06 season! LETS GO HEAT!
